Maths / Numeracy Help for Adults
Maths/numeracy help for adults needn’t be boring.  On the contrary, these sessions are often great fun!  They can involve learning the language of maths and working with numbers. We explore what you already know to discover where you need help.  Sessions work from where you’re at, at a pace that suits you. 
Students who “don’t know maths” ask amazing questions! There’s always a reason why we fall behind and more than one way to work something out. School often only has time to focus on one method.  The trick is to find which way suits you best. 
With help, you can build your strength with numbers.  Explore maths from “A to Z” or focus more specifically. ALNS’ maths/numeracy help for adults can be fun!  For study, work or general interest, here are examples of what we can cover:
